Workshop and Classes Terms and Conditions

We require full payment in advance to secure your place. This can be done in person at the shop, online via our website or by telephone during shop hours.  Unfortunately, we cannot hold places without full payment. 

Please check your diary and make sure you are able to attend before booking as our workshops have limited places available and classes/workshops are non-refundable.

In the event you cannot attend you may send someone else in your place. We will need the name of the substitute student in advance.

Please note that the workshop space is now downstairs and Rhiannon will carry your machine and bags downstairs for you. 

All participants must feel that they are able to exit the premises with the minimal assistance in the event of an evacuation.
